Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To take part in planning and monitoring of all projects under the directive of Project Director to ensure smooth implementation of projects and handling over the projects according to company policies and procedures, so that quantity and timely completion of the projects can be achieved. To take charge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control House Handover and supervision at site: (a) Implement the QA / QC management system at site. (b) Implement the company ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. (c) Ensure the work on site are carried out in accordance to the contract specifications, drawings and any other technical documents as approved by the consultants. (d) To carry out day-to-day inspection on site and to lead and provide guidance to the supervision teams on all technical matters. To liaise with Project Consultants, Contractors and any other relevant personnel on all technical and / or site matters. To record and prepare minutes of meeting for site and any other technical meetings. To prepare all necessary reports as required.

Job Requirement:

Posses Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of working experience in project planning, coordination or related field. Proficient in project management software, Microsoft office and other related system. Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of details, and manage project timeline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
