Job Description

Assist the Head of Planning and Senior Project Manager in managing day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibilities with minimal supervision. Involved in and assist manage development projects from the initial stage through design, construction, and completion. Conduct design reviews and coordinate work with other project stakeholders. Responsible for the handover of properties to purchasers satisfactorily and post-completion matters. Monitor construction activities to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within quality and budget expectations. Review legal documentation. Provide timely reports and feedback to the management. Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/HOD.

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in property development, preferably with exposure to high-rise projects. Good networking and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels. Able to work in a highly challenging environment independently. Good leadership and meticulous in driving high standards of work. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
