To oversee and manage all administrative support activities including purchases of office equipment and supplies, office security and maintenance etc. and ensure office cleanness. Assist in day-to-day general admin works that are running smoothly.
Order office supplies, ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Responsible for sourcing, planning, and controlling stock inventory.
Negotiations on prices within the requirements of quality, delivery, service, payment terms, and discount to ensure quality and operation efficiency to meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
Follow up with the supplier to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
To maintain accurate and updated record of supplier information, purchasing products and services, pricing, invoices, and delivery information
Able to follow up, work closely and communicate with operation team for any procurement related matters.
To prepare purchase and administration related record as required by superior.
To issue Purchase Order to suppliers.
Build and maintain good relationship with supplier.
To maintain filing system
Perform other duties when required by the Management
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Administrative or Business or equivalent.
Good time management skills.
1-2 years of working experience in the related field and/or specializing in Purchasing & Admin as added advantage.
Able to work independently, team work, interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving skill and proactive. Also must be positive, good working attitude and a fast learner.
Required skill (s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant word programs.
Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.
Working 5 days (off Saturday & Sunday).
Able to start work as soon as possible.
