Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and uploading documents to ensure organized records.
Prepare and manage purchase agreements and other relevant documentation for the acquisition of motorcycles.
Coordinate with Motorcycle Inspectors to streamline the process flow and ensure that all administrative aspects support their work effectively.
Update and maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, payments, and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Assist in compiling reports and data for detailed preliminary checks on incoming motorcycles done by Motorcycle Inspector to verify their quality and condition, upholding the company's standards.
Maintain and update the purchase inventory sheets with current and accurate information.
Assist with the administrative aspects of loan settlements and other financial transactions related to the purchasing process.
Job Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a purchasing or automotive context.
Strong organizational and data management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with various departments.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications for record-keeping and reporting.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
