Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS works (BQ preparation & price analysis, tender document preparation, cost estimation, budgetary control & reporting, etc).
Ability to manage project cost, handle contract administration works and regulate good contract documentation.
Assist contract manager in matter related to contract management, costing analysis and procurement strategies.
To review quotation from subcontractors, preparing, negotiating and analyse cost, compare and recommended on selection bid and finally prepare and issue contract award.
Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, loss and expenses, project cost control, etc.
Implementation of contractual knowledge and supervising cost control in current project, in term of preparation progress claim, prepare and analysis of submission variation orders, attending site meeting.
Preparation of cash flow projection and budget control.
Preparation of material schedule, sourcing and submission for approval.
Preparation and submission of progress claim to client, arrangement of join valuation with client/consultants and follow up with the interim payment certificate and payment.
