Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewal/Conversion to Permanent) Remuneration : Basic range from RM4,000 to RM6,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement WHO CAN APPLY 3-5 years of working experience in end-to-end recruitment managing volume hiring for blue-collar. Can consider applicant doing volume hiring from call center/customer service/shared service position/RPO Familiarity with social Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive media, resume databases and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting Strong communication skills Good relationship building skills Good and creative problem-solving skills JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the recruitment process end to end for Singapore & ASEAN. Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers Scope covers mostly blue-collar recruitment and will support engineer, and manager level searches when required Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position's requirements and attract talent Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision Propose employment offers in line with company guidelines Work on proactive talent pipelining projects Run reference checks when needed Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services for the organization.
