Lead, manage and maximise returns of the Group's Retail (consumer & SME) franchise in the designated region1

Grow market share and share of customers' wallets

Strategy and Planning
Provide expert advice and support to Director, Retail SBG on matters pertaining to alternative channel devt and operations
Develop strategies & plans to develop the bank's alternate channels
Keep abreast of developments in the AlternRequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Minimum of 7 years experience in retail (consumer or SME) or corporate banking at an established financial institution
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing large-scale sales forces in retail banking
Understand the Group's strategic objectives, retail business model, and local retail market landscape
