Job Description

As the Regional HR Director for Southeast Asia, you will be responsible to lead human resources strategies across the region. This role will drive HR initiatives, align HR policies with corporate objectives, and support talent development and organizational growth.

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives across the SEA region, focusing on organizational growth, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Regional Compliance: Oversee compliance with regional labor laws, regulatory standards, and ensure adherence to HR policies and practices.
• Talent Management: Drive workforce planning, talent retention, and leadership development programs tailored to the needs of the company.
• Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work environment and lead employee engagement initiatives, addressing labor relations and supporting positive interactions across teams.
• Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation frameworks, supporting managers in driving a high-performance culture.
• Change Management: Lead HR change initiatives aligned with corporate transformations and regional market needs.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in regional HR management, ideally in industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asia labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset and adaptability for a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in talent management, change management, and performance management within a multi-country, culturally diverse setting.
