The regional service owner will serve the business organisation within Infrastructure & digital workplace service areas, working with global solutions and manage local / regional governance and follow up delivery towards stakeholders. You will partly work within the region, building understanding on demands, challenges and opportunities.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The regional service owner will serve the business organisation within Infrastructure & digital workplace service areas, working with global solutions and manage local / regional governance and follow up delivery towards stakeholders.

In the role you will partly work within the region, building understanding on demands, challenges and opportunities - driving understanding around the delivery team capabilities and service offerings, and partly directly with the sub-team\'s within the digital workplace and infrastructure global delivery team.The role:

- Is responsible for ensuring regional infrastructure & digital workplace is aligned with policies and procedures according to global standards.

- Will work in the global delivery team / sub-team in a service owner capacity, delivering agreed activities in the global delivery.

- Together with the sub-teams work with prioritize activities and tasks in the back-log, capturing regional and local demands.

Provide input and participate in updating roadmaps within the infrastructure and digital workplace delivery teamKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Participate in regional governance to capture needs and demands related to infrastructure and digital workplace.

\xc2\xb7 Engage in relevant CSI forums, following up performance and developing services mapped to business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper life cycle management of the regional/local infrastructure landscape in accordance to policies

\xc2\xb7 Drive change and standardization in accordance to service strategy

\xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact for the region for coordination and questions related to the delivery team for digital workplace and infrastructure

\xc2\xb7 Manage infrastructure suppliers / vendors for the region

\xc2\xb7 Participate in regional security or regulatory audits within infrastructure or digital workplace.

\xc2\xb7 Represent the delivery team service catalog towards the regionKEY DECISIONS

\xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge in the infrastructure/ digital workplace area

\xc2\xb7 Experience in IT security and enterprise architecture

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate that into demands on IT, in order to provide IT services that meets business needs

\xc2\xb7 Communication, be able to switch seamlessly between the language of business people and of IT specialists and explain IT issues in non-technical ways

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with a variety of stakeholders at a variety of levels in and outside the organization

\xc2\xb7 Systems and process thinking with the ability to see how parts interact with the whole system landscape

\xc2\xb7 High goal orientation and determination to deliver business value, with a strong customer focus

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, related field from an accredited college/university or equalient through experience

\xc2\xb7 5+ years of related infrastructure management experience

\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge within service management (ITIL framework)

\xc2\xb7 Strong organization skills, self-going and self-motivating

\xc2\xb7 Strong team player capabilities

\xc2\xb7 Experience working for an international company and/or in a remote/distributed team

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Health Care Industry is considered a plus

\xc2\xb7 Experience in agile ways of working is considered a plus
