Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle goods ordering, receiving, and transfer
  • To handle merchandise inventory and packing
  • To compile invoices/receipts and raise PR form
  • To follow up on maintenance tasks and mall work permit, update on the periodical maintenance schedule
  • To update the daily staff schedule, apply for sick leave on behalf
  • To coordinate new and existing staff necessities (uniform, typhoid, food handling course, fomema, medical check-up and etc.)
  • To update staff hostel occupancy and staff movement
  • To keep track of staff training checklist
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate possesses at least SPM
  • Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • With or without experience as training will be provided
  • Able to write and read Chinese and English.
