Job Responsibility Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of Luna Luna Adheres to all company rules and regulations, company policies and assists in enforcing them. Works as a team and offers help when needed. Assists Manager in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling breaks time, day off, annual leave and overtime requirements. Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and staff. Supervises and participates in kitchen and front of house cleaning activities. Compiles and balances cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Observes and evaluates the partners and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service. Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety. Coordinates with and assists fellow employees to meet guests needs and support the operation of the restaurant. Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant s receiving policies and procedures. Assists follow up with manager on HR, stock check, account and other documents and paper works instruction by superior. Handles emergency situations and other incidents. Keeps communicate with superior and report if any incident. Is the second person in charge if Managers are not around. Makes sure all retail items are displayed in the standard and correct way. Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards Manages the opening and closing of the store Job Requirements Min. 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably F&B Candidates with richer experiences would be considered for a managerial role Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English Required Skills: Results-oriented, team player, positive attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn, and has the ability to prioritize Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
