Job Responsibility Train, evaluate, mentor and ensure high quality performance from restaurant staff. Increased clearance with point-of-sale software to void mistaken transactions. Daily cash reporting. Respond to customer inquiries and requests, describe menu items and price special events. Order supplies, check inventory, maintain budget and deliver paychecks. Oversee food preparation and ingredient sourcing to maintain quality standards. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level. At least 1 year experience in food and beverage sector for Supervisor environment. Junior that willing to learn and with a positive mindset are also most welcome to join. Able to work overtime as needed. Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays. Open minded, good attitude, willing to learn, guest oriented. Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English.
