Sales Administration Coordinator

Job Description

Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order, booking and billing reporting mainly for relevant department. Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc. Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements :



Possess at least STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent Proven experienced sales administrator Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage. Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people Willing to work beyond working hours when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
