Job Description


  • Required Languages(s): Fluent speaking and writing in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsibilities
  • To assist the sales team in all administrative related tasks, such as preparing quotation, sales order and other relevant documents.
  • Attend walk in customer inquiries and assist them.
  • Document filling.
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to offer solutions and services.
  • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer services orientation.
