Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers with their purchases and provide product advice and guidance. Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting alternatives to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. Create eye-catching displays and keep the shop tidy and presentable. Carry out administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing customer orders. Follow the SOP and keep the shop clean and tidy. Assist the content creator with ad hoc tasks related to content material. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements Job Requirements Previous experience in retail or customer service. Min SPM and know basic English. Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Attention to detail and good organisational skills. The hostel will be provided for girls only. Multiple locations in Klang Valley such as Shah Alam or Wangsa Maju will be assigned later which is the closest to the address of the applicant. Willing to attend the training at Kajang for the first two weeks. Job Benifits Allowance Young Team
