Job Description



Client Background: Since 1995, they have had established in Malaysia. They provides precision measuring equipment to businesses worldwide; approximately 94 % of output is exported, mostly but not only to nations with a strong technological tradition of their own.

Their main customers includes machine tool makers that sell machines already equipped with gauging systems, gauge makers that buy measuring components to manufacture stations for end users and also end users from industry like automotive and suppliers (engine & transmission car body), manufacturer (engine & transmission, car body, bearing & gear, compressor, electric motor), glass (automotive, architectural & furniture, food & beverage, cosmetics & pharmaceutical), injection (sub-micron applications), aerospace, energy (renewable energy, oil drilling), Hi-Tech (computer, hard disk, mobile) and Biomedical (orthopaedic).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical presentations and demonstrations to explain company's products (medical devices specifically) or services to customers (factory).
  • Develop new customer base.
  • To achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Present the Branch Manager with sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts.
  • Create and maintain great, long-term customer connections through knowing their demands.
  • Support after sales services (troubleshooting/ installed/ repair and maintenance).
  • Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Solicit and logging customer feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experiences in sales in any field, targeting to factory client (B2B) & client's relationship management with existing business contacts.
  • Must have sales experience working with customers in the medical manufacturing companies (medical devices manufacturing).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Strategic thinker & excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess own transportation.
  • Frequent travelling within Malaysia is required for customer visit.
