About Our Client
Our client is a regional device company that sells medical equipment. Their equipment is essential in hospitals and they are making in-roads into the Malaysia market.
Key responsibilities will involve:
Product launching and introduction of the brand to the market
Regular field visits to customers and identifying new business opportunities
Product demonstration and technical support
Conducting and arranging continuous medical education (CME) events
Sales forecasting and reporting
Developing long-term relationships with key accounts and working on long-term sales cycles
The Successful Applicant
Key requirements include:
Bachelor\'s degree in biotechnology, biomedical science, pharmacy, or a related discipline
6+ years experience in medical devices sales, especially in equipment and hospital assets
Background in capital equipment will be an advantage to perform in this role
Strong business development acumen and ability to build up new accounts
Ability to perform in a technical sales role, to conduct regular follow-up and manage a long sales cycle
Excellent communication skills and demonstration ability
Possessing own transport and willing to travel
