Establishing new leads and provide good after sales service support to existing customers.
Communicating with new and existing customers by making calls, on digital platforms (emails, Instagram, Facebook & etc.) and meeting in person. \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop proposals and quotations for customers.
Negotiating and closing all sales terms & conditions, tender and contract terms.
Overall key contact person to the customer from soliciting business to successful commissioning of the project.
Participate and implement sales, marketing, and branding activities such as preparing sales kits, online and print advertising, exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and Facebook live.
Participate in project tendering task force team to lead on commercial part for tender submission.
Preparation of sales report for updating and discussion purposes with the management team.
Requirement :
Minimum a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent holder.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the sales & marketing sector and/or solar PV industry and/or electrical and mechanical industry related to sales and/or engineering.
Willing to learn and acquire new skill set.
Capable of using MS Words, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Field experience in solar PV installation, commissioning and/or maintenance will be an added advantage.
