A multinational company is recruiting a Sales Manager (Agriculture). In this job, you will grow the channel partners and achieve sales target for the company in the assigned industries/territory. About the Sales Manager (Agriculture) Role:
This exciting opportunity will support the business to build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximise product sales within the customer base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop dealer relationship and focus on agriculture product sales strategies
  • Generate sales of the Agriculture Product range within the assigned territory
  • Find new opportunities with prospective dealers for the range of products
  • Develop a detailed plan for the assigned territory that includes market size and growth, market segmentation, market trends, geographic attractiveness, product requirements within the territory, opportunity and gap analysis, and competitive threats
  • Schedule, organise and attend dealer sales and support training in company\xe2\x80\x99s agriculture products
  • Ensure appropriate technical support to provide advanced or specialised training to dealers
  • In conjunction with each dealer, schedule and assist in delivering education seminars and demonstrations of products to the end users
  • Ensure each dealer has all necessary sales, marketing, and promotional aides available, including current demonstration equipment, current brochures, point-of-sale display material, signage, and current price lists, sales and service bulletins
  • Measure sales performance of dealers in relation to sales forecasts and budgets
To succeed in this Sales Manager (Agriculture) role, you must have prior product sales experience within the agriculture industry. Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in channel sales positions
  • Able to read and communicate well in English
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, confident, sales-oriented with ability to work independently
