Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports on account status.

Requirements:

• 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years in IT/Telco Solution account management, sales & marketing or Synergy Power system equivalent.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree Business or equivalent. Diploma can be considered.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Level.
• Solid experience with CRM software, MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
