Security Supervisor
to oversee and lead our security operations, ensuring the safety of all personnel and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of security officers, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain a high level of alertness.
Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are being followed.
Monitor and control the operation of security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control).
Handle emergency situations quickly and efficiently, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Prepare and review daily activity reports, incident reports, and security logs.
Train and develop security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties.
Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, providing accurate documentation and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding safety and security.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective security practices.
Manage and schedule security personnel shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (1+ years) in security or law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of security operations, systems, and protocols.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass background checks
.
Proficiency with security equipment, surveillance systems, and reporting software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training/certification preferred.
Requirements:
Age: 18 to 55 years old
Medically and physically fit to work.
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Good observation & problem-solving skills.
Willing & able to work on a flexible roster (7 days/week)
