Security & Safety Supervisor

Department:

Reports To:

Security Manager / Hotel Manager

Job Scope:

Supervise daily security operations and ensure all posts are properly manned. Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems. Ensure the safety and health of guests and employees at all times. Implement and maintain hotel safety procedures in line with OSHA requirements. Conduct fire drills, safety briefings, and emergency response training. Investigate and report all security and safety incidents promptly. Ensure all fire safety equipment and emergency exits are in good condition. Maintain proper documentation of incidents and daily reports. Lead and guide the security team with discipline and professionalism.

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Security or Safety Management. At least 2 years of experience in hotel or building security. Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and basic first aid. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
