Independently handle daily accounting operations and financial tasks;
Manage and maintain financial records using
Google Sheets
, including:
1. Daily transactions and bookkeeping;
2. Cash flow and fund management;
3. Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting;
4. Cost and pricing analysis;
5. Financial reports and data analysis.
Ensure timely and effective communication with internal teams and external partners, primarily via telephone;
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities;
Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures where necessary;
Coordinate with relevant departments to support audits and compliance processes.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Proficient in
Google Sheets
and basic accounting tools;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Must be comfortable and proficient in phone communication, as it is a primary requirement of the role;
Must have own transportation
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
