. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Full Set Accounting:

Handle general administrative and accounting tasks, such as daily bookkeeping, verification, and recording of various documents. Prepare EPF, SOCSO, and payroll. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. Supervise and prepare financial reports. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain well-organized financial records and a proper document filing system. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager or Key Account Management role, preferably within the

account management

industry

Mandarin speaking

is highly preferable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach Proficient in using SQL systems and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team
