and take the lead in managing full-set accounts across multiple currencies while helping us deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Finance & Accounting team, you will:

Keep daily accounting operations running like clockwork -- verify, post, and reconcile transactions with accuracy. Manage invoicing, collections, and AR follow-ups while resolving any billing challenges along the way. Review payment vouchers, support audit processes, and handle payment runs with diligence. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, fixed assets, SST). Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and prepare factoring documents. Liaise with banks and manage WHT, SST, and company tax submissions. Ensure timely compliance with e-Invoicing requirements. Maintain organized documentation and collaborate closely with auditors, banks, and HQ teams.

What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you have:

A Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field. Solid hands-on experience managing full sets of accounts. Experience with

SAGE 300

or

QuickBooks

is a strong advantage. Experience working in an outsourcing accounting firm or audit firm is an added bonus. Knowledge of

overseas withholding tax

and cross-border compliance matters. Proven experience in

year-end account closing

. Strong competency in

multi-currency accounting systems

. Ability to start work immediately is a strong advantage

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
