Job Responsibilities

To undertake and manage all distressed accounts under litigation and enforcement actions for the purpose of recovery.
To provide appropriate reporting and information on all litigation and enforcement actions for the accounts in the Division to the related accounts to Head/Deputy Head of Division and any other related departments/divisions.
To provide relevant information for the purpose of internal/external reporting.
To carry out consistent monitoring on all litigation and enforcement actions taken by MBSB\xe2\x80\x99s solicitors for accounts in the Unit and/or Division.
To closely engage with Corporate Credit Management Division\xe2\x80\x99s personnel to ensure that all facts and figures for all accounts under the Division is well maintained and calculated according to the terms and agreement.
To undertake any other tasks and responsibilities that may arise from time to time and relevant to the post.
Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors as and when required.
