• Assist in managing the organisation's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Support the implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and monitor and report on social media trends, performance metrics, and audience sentiment.
• Respond promptly to comments, queries, and issues on social media, in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Maintain and update the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across channels and ensure all content adheres to the organisation's editorial style, tone, and quality standards.
• Monitor social media coverage and conversations to identify potential public relations issues.
• Support the Team Lead in crafting communication responses to mitigate risks and uphold the organisation's reputation.
• Track and analyse performance metrics for digital and social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to the team lead.
• Maintain a pulse on emerging digital trends and recommend innovations for team consideration.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ Social Science/ Management/ Business/ Marketing/ English Language & Literature or equivalent with 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience.
• In the fields of or related to Corporate Communication/ Media/ Public Relations/ Advertising and Marketing Communication/ Brand/ Campaign and Management.
• Knowledge on the energy landscape and energy related industry is an advantage.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
