Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop effective HR and Administration policies and procedures.
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, perform interview and select the right applicants.
  • Provide effective training and development programs for nurturing capable employees.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Drive performance management system and compensation system to ensure high productivity.
  • Establish effective strategies to retain good employees.
  • Solve disciplinary matters including providing counselling, coaching and advice.
  • Ensure all policies compliance with legal requirements which includes HR personnel records, SOCSO, EPF, income tax and legal related issues.
  • Manage employee questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Perform any other tasks as and when required by the superior in order to keep the department running smoothly.
