Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Head of Department to ensure facility compliance with policies, documented procedures, legal, licensing and customer requirements.
2. Work with Head of Department to Improve on company policies and standards to outline ethical, safe and efficient procedures.
3. To ensure up to date information for general issues like, company rules, regulations, standard of policies and procedures
4. Perform internal audits, prepare audit files, close track findings and progress updates, follow up with corrective actions/non-conformity report.
5. Review internal company policies and to ensure Company has a clearly defined program that compliance with the country's laws and SMETA requirements.
6. Perform daily/routine administrative duties such as appropriate distribution of compliance information, filing and to ensure required information is updated timely.
7. Organize and maintain up-to-date compliance records, files, audit paper and reports as to meet department and facility needs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Regularly track and update the new/revise/change of laws, other and customer standards.
9. Conduct general training/briefing i.e. SR Standard/Code of Conduct etc. as and when required.
10. Reviewed contracts for compliance and privacy-related issues.
11. Involve, prepare and implement grievance handling procedures for employees
12. Constantly report to management concerning the organization's compliance with laws and regulations.
13. Communicate with employees and make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
14. Performing other duties or project as assigned by direct superior from time to time.
