Job Description


Responsible for talent acquisition functions including recruitment and employer branding as well as building talent pipeline through Young Talent Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, hiring checks and coordination of relevant hiring documentations
  • Drive employer branding and build talent pipeline through sourcing channels, social media, referral programs, partnership with universities/professional bodies and networking groups
  • Execute and implement continuous improvements in internal and external recruitment processes
  • Manage and enhance Graduate Trainee (GT) program, ensuring GTs undergo and succeed in accelerated development plans and equipping them for leadership roles
  • Drive and manage Apprenticeship and Internship program to ensure positive internship experience
  • Execute recruitment payment as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset
  • Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
