Job Description
Responsible for talent acquisition functions including recruitment and employer branding as well as building talent pipeline through Young Talent Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, hiring checks and coordination of relevant hiring documentations
- Drive employer branding and build talent pipeline through sourcing channels, social media, referral programs, partnership with universities/professional bodies and networking groups
- Execute and implement continuous improvements in internal and external recruitment processes
- Manage and enhance Graduate Trainee (GT) program, ensuring GTs undergo and succeed in accelerated development plans and equipping them for leadership roles
- Drive and manage Apprenticeship and Internship program to ensure positive internship experience
- Execute recruitment payment as and when required.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Passionate, resilient and has a positive mindset
- Attention to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
