Responsible for talent acquisition functions including recruitment and employer branding as well as building talent pipeline through Young Talent Programs. Responsibilities Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, hiring checks and coordination of relevant hiring documentations Drive employer branding and build talent pipeline through sourcing channels, social media, referral programs, partnership with universities/professional bodies and networking groups Execute and implement continuous improvements in internal and external recruitment processes Manage and enhance Graduate Trainee (GT) program, ensuring GTs undergo and succeed in accelerated development plans and equipping them for leadership roles Drive and manage Apprenticeship and Internship program to ensure positive internship experience Execute recruitment payment as and when required.
