This role will be responsible for coordinating various HR and administrative functions, will be supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role also involves providing support to the management team, coordinating office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administrative activities. Responsibilities Responsible for the full spectrum and daily operation of Human Resources and General Administrative functions including compensation & benefits, employee relations and general administration. To assist in development and ongoing improvement of policies and procedures according to up-to-date guidelines and regulations. To prepare HR related documents and memorandum. Ensure good workspace condition and replenish office supplies To prepare payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB & utilities payment instruction Workers disciplinary, misconduct investigation & feedback handling. Maintain and record employees\' database, orientation, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leave, medical certificate, salary, allowance, bonus, resignation and etc Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, profile screening and managing the hiring process. Assets tracking & other related admin works required by management from time to time Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of similar working experience Good verbal and written communication skills Familiar with Microsoft Office and payroll management Familiar with job posting platform Minimum of Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource or relevant fields Able to read and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (might deal with Mandarin-speaking supplier sometimes)
