Job Description


Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR management or related field is advantageous. Proven experience in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and payroll management.Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations is a plus.Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., Autocount) is a plus.Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and oral) is preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.ResponsibilitiesJoin Our Team as a Senior HR Admin Executive!The Senior HR Admin Executive plays a vital role in supporting and overseeing all aspects of HR management throughout the employee lifecycle. This role provides key assistance in areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management, payroll oversight, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of all HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientations.
Recruitment:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts as required.
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and assist in organizing company events.
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding human resources issues such as leave, medical claims, and various staff needs.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as needed.
Payroll Management:
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of employee attendance and ensure accurate calculations for wages and deductions.
HR Projects:
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training programs, and employee surveys.
General HR Duties:
  • Support HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation adjustments, and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
