Create employee checklist and update new hires (Direct Labor) data into Flex Enterprise.
Final gate to counter check all transactions are correct before salary cut off to ensure payroll is processed correctly every month.
Responsible for all insurance (Prai & SGS)\'s processing, includes renewal, claims reimbursement, advice employees on the insurance claims process, etc. Coordinate Kuching\'s insurances\' processing and renewal.
Responsible for headcount report, e.g. headcount attrition report, headcount deletion report to insurers, monthly headcount report, monthly attrition report, monthly SAP headcount report & Quarterly SAP headcount by function report.
Coordinate Yearly Cost of Doing Business Report and prepare other reports as and when required by superior on time.
Responsible for coordinating company activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in HR/Marketing/Business Admin/Engineering with min 4 years relevant experience in Direct Labor Compensation & Benefits Management
Self-motivated and dynamic with strong influencing skills
Strong conceptual, analytical, writing and numerical skills
