Applicants must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of working experience in a related field as a Trainer/Training Executive.
Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service industry is an advantage.
Certified Train-The-Trainer by HRD Corp is an added advantage.
Possess good communication skills, strong leadership and with interpersonal skills as well.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
Must be fluent/well-versed in English both oral and written.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and analysis of the employees which focusing on continuous improvement and career development plan.
To bridge the skills gaps among employees to meet Company\'s objectives.
Conduct training to all employees based on monthly/quarterly training schedule.
Developing and implementing learning and development programmes in line with Company objectives and business needs.
Review and revise training contents and materials to ensure all the operating processes, procedures and systems are in line and up to date.
Conducting various training such orientation programs, on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff and refreshment training.
Communicating with management, departmental heads and team members to ensure all training needs are met.
Ability to design and formulating the training and development programmes, conduct assessments and evaluating the result for all level.
To ensure that all training records/database are properly filed, update and maintain into the system and to generate accurate monthly reports accordingly.
Working closely with departmental heads and other business units in order to establish standards operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and handle staff training internal training and on-the-job training for wholly own and franchisees.
Coordinate, negotiate and liaise directly with external training provider for upcoming training programmes that meet the Company\'s requirements.
Ensure adherence to the Company\'s work policies, ethics and regulations.
Able to work independently and producing results is vital.
Follow all procedures in accordance to the Company\'s operations manual and SOP.
Undertake any other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs or related duties as specified by the management and use your best endeavours to fulfil and complete your tasks as required in a timely manner.
Any additional and ad-hoc tasks that may be delegated by the Management and/or any other person/person nominated by the Management.
