Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of FMCG BD strategies for clients in Malaysia and establish long-term profitable relationships with new and existing clients in line with business objectives. Ensure the right collaboration between the Business Development team and the local operation.

General Responsibilities

• Financial Contributions

• Deliver annual BD financial targets including but not restrictive, NSV, Incr. Ebit & RONOC
• Ensure that new business will be accretive to the current P&L. Owner of the Contract Lifecycle Management including DAT process. * Operational Contributions

• Participate in building the annual BD Strategy for Malaysia along with the BD Director and his/her peers
• Lead the development and execution of the BD strategy to achieve short and long-term business objectives
• Drive the identification, evaluation and management of business opportunities/leads that will contribute to short and long term financial goals
• Oversee market research & business analyses, evaluate findings, assess the strategic viability of alternative opportunities and propose recommendations
• Lead contract negotiation activities with clients to facilitate deal closing. * Internal contributions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both local, cluster and Global, in identifying upselling opportunities, deal negotiations and finalization of contracts
• Lead the establishment of long-term relationships with potential key clients/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities

Education

Degree in Business Studies/Marketing preferred

Work Experience

Up to five years\' experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc.
