General Responsibilities
Oversee the assigned clients\' team to drive sales, in-store execution and profitability.
To ensure effective inventory management to ensure stocks holding for clients are within budget, aged stocks and old promotional stocks are at minimum level.
Lead the development and implementation of Short / long term sales plans in consultation with client. and trends.
Oversee sales activities and initiate and cascade new/improved strategies and plans based on changing market and trends.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to manage territories\' performance Oversee sales forecasting and reporting processes/activities.
Contribute to customer base expansion strategies based on effectiveness of sales strategies/plans.
Drive post-evaluation of key promotions and communicate results to the teams.
Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvements on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
Lead and guide resolution of complex customer issues. Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives.
Drive annual negotiations with key customers, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins.
