Responsibilities

Develop business cases and respond to RFI/RFP with competitive solution proposals, precise statements of work, and documentation.
Validate business leads and drive workstreams throughout the lead-to-cash process.
Empathize, ideate, and value-add to solutioning, and securing customers' buy-in.
Contribute and value-add to the development of the go-to-market plan and sales strategies.
Manage and coach a team of solution architects in building business cases, commercial models, and complete solutions.

Requirements

Minimum a bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Information Technology or Business.
Minimum 8 years of experience in consultation & implementation of IT Services.
Proven project delivery experience in using a waterfall and agile methodologies on new technology adoption projects.
Proficient with SDLC, agile/scrum methodology, and sprint deliveries.
Possess good business acumen to work in a fast-growing challenging environment i.e.: start-ups, management/strategy consulting, financial services, or FinTech industries.
Able to build High-Level, Low-Level solutions & Architecture Design, is an advantage.
Experienced with migration & implementation plans for any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud) is an advantage.
Proficient in large-scale project management (> USD1mil) and effective communications.
Proactive in teamwork; resourceful to work independently and result-oriented.
