Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal to be based in Kuching, Sarawak to further expand their legal team. Your new role Drafting, analysing, preparing and reviewing various contracts and agreements Ensure company operations in comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in Malaysia Develop and implement effective strategies to handle company\'s legal matter Provide risk analysis and mitigation plans. Provide guidance to the juniors.
