About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy and development of our insurance products within bancassurance and partnership channels. This role combines product management expertise with insurance industry knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for insurance products through banking partners.
  • Drive product discovery and validation using data insights and market research.
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business value.
  • Write detailed user stories and collaborate with UX/UI teams on customer journeys.
  • Work with actuarial, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure product viability.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of product management experience, particularly in insurance or financial services.
  • Proven success in launching digital insurance products.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, CPO) preferred.
Technical & Domain Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance product development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with insurance platforms and core systems.
  • Knowledge of API-first development, data analytics, and digital distribution channels.
Essential Skills:
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Experience leading remote teams and influencing without direct authority.
Product Management Expertise:
  • Expertise in user story mapping, backlog grooming, and product discovery.
  • Proficiency in feature prioritization, customer journey mapping, and KPI development.
  • Experience in competitive analysis, A/B testing, and market research.
