JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim and sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s certificate.
Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors and sub-contractors.
Assist the Contract Manager to prepare reports and variation orders.
Prepare final accounts of main contract and sub-contracts.
Implement cost control procedures.
Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
Check quantity and advise purchaser on materials to be ordered.
Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
Ad-hoc assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Survey
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Manager specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Mandarin,Malay language for both spoken and written
