Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in the Corporate Tax Compliance, for both Direct and Indirect Tax (if any), Transfer Pricing, Country by Country Reporting, and other related tax matters.
• To assist in the review of tax computation and tax returns, inclusive of tax submission monitoring for Corporate Tax matters.
• To assist and guide division if any issues pertaining application of tax credit offset.
• To assist in the reviewing of BEPS Action 13 Country by Country Reporting for the Group.
• To be a liaison with tax consultants, external auditors and tax authorities.
• To assist in the review of Transfer Pricing documentations, monitor status and follow-up on TP queries and related matters.
• To assist in general tax advisory and tax planning to optimise the Company\'s tax benefits in accordance to Tax Laws.
• To assist in Indirect Tax queries and liaise with tax agent.
• To assist in other tax related matters (including tax audits) as relevant from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Professional Qualification in Accounting (i.e.: ACCA, CIMA, CPA). Member of MIA would be an added advantage.
• Applicants must have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in tax related fields in medium or major corporations and/or accounting firms.
• Applicants must have tax technical knowledge in carrying out the tax duties assigned.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.

Working Hour:
Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm
