About the Senior Total Rewards Consultant Role:
This role is vital in ensuring the company thrives in servicing clients and providing timely assistance, guidance regarding incentive compensation analysis, program design, legal compliance, and incentive compensation issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client\'s business needs and provide expertise in designing and delivering an experience and solution to meet the needs through the use of best practices and research
  • Present trends, technical information, and potential solutions to the client in an easy-to-digest manner
  • Define budget, scope, and timelines for projects when necessary
  • Coordinate design and development of new solutions with a development and project management team
  • May participate in broader projects including total rewards gap assessments, performance management, succession planning, and pooled paid time-off programmes
  • Use thorough understanding of compensation and benefit plan design and administrative procedures to drive constant improvement
  • Continually evaluate current compensation and benefits practices to find better ways get the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a scrappy/hands-on approach
  • Stay current on all compensation and benefit regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements and other regulations that may govern total reward plans
To succeed in this Senior Total Rewards Consultant role, you will need to have solid experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, and the ability to manage your own P&L and revenue stream. Key Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor\'s degree preferably majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications or a related field
  • Seven or more years of involvement in C&B/total rewards specialisation, consulting background is a bonus
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Experience with large-scale C&B programme roll-out
  • Solid understanding of various total rewards governance
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong cognitive agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to embrace ambiguity are a must
