Job Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Administrator at Fukushima Galilei Malaysia Sdn Bhd located in Kuala Lumpur. The Service Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, assisting with scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries. The Service Administrator will also coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain timely resolution of issues.Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Prior experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Language: Japanese, English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Service team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and preparing documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating service requests with technicians and customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in addressing customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, customer interactions, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring service performance metrics and preparing reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate parts and equipment procurement for service projects.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and data confidentiality.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in service administration tasks.
