: Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 request for bookings, enquiries, and complaints through various channels, in a timely manner. Communicate with customer to establish the service or repair need for their vehicles and translate these job requirements into comprehensive quotations for their agreement. Build sustainable relationship and trust with the customers and really committing to increase. customers\xe2\x80\x99 engagement level. Follow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles. Provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle. customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and complaints Capture customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback on the service levels, and present findings for Management\xe2\x80\x99s review Assist the Service Manager in evaluating and improving the current practices and processes. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in automotive mechanical, Business Administration/ Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia Good command in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written. At least 2 Year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): persuading, negotiation, explanation, confident, fast leaner, hardworking, presentable, trusted, approaches, customer services, sales, marketing, strategic, critical mind, excellent relationship with customer. Willing to learn.
