Job Description

Job Responsibilities . Oversee the E2E management of Presales for Telco solutions and focus on meeting customers/ accounts for pre-sales engagement to influence them in their network transformation journey, deals/ tender presentation, clarification and negotiation and drive bespoke customization of the deliverable to fulfil customer requirement . Understand the technical requirements of the tender documents or customize customer\'s data communication network requirements. Design reliable & cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of customer\'s business organization. . Supporting sales and customers remotely (via phone and email) . Responsible to develop high quality LAN / WAN / Voice solutions to customers and document customers\' network . Work closely with Account Managers (Based in HQ/Overseas offices), Project and Operations team to support customers\' ongoing requirements, implementation and post sales activities. . Improve or maintain high NPS score for Good & Excellent customer experience rating. Provide root cause analysis for missed Operational Key Results then share the preventive plan to customer & stakeholders. Job Requirements . Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science or equivalent qualifications . At least 5 years of experience in a Technical position in the Communications / Network or Information Technology related industry. . Familiar with Cisco & Juniper equipment. CCNP / CCDP / CCIP certification is preferable . Experience in routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP & OSPF . Knowledge or experience in ICT / Managed Services including switches, firewalls, WAN optimization, load-sharing equipment, IP PABX and virtualizations is a plus point . Strong background in Telecommunications and related technologies/services such as: SDWAN (e.g. Velocloud, Silver Peak), NFV, MPLS, Internet, SIP, Cloud access, wireless/5G technology, networking equipment etc. Excellent communications and business writing skills . Highly motivated, willing to learn new technologies, independent and able to work under pressure. . Required languages: English & German - able to speak, read and type as role requires candidate to serve the Germany market.
