Performs a variety of routine service activities either in the workshop or outstation at customer site.
Responsible for providing troubleshooting, repairing, planning of technical / mechanical equipment failures either in workshop or customer site.
Assess and responds to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer\xe2\x80\x99s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
Handle spare parts sales & service enquiry, and process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
