One of the key players in Medical Instrumental industry in Malaysia is looking for Service Engineer to join their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To arrange, coordinate & conduct goods delivery, installation, test and commission (T&C) at site
To prepare after sales service documents such as repairing / calibration/ troubleshooting quotations, warranty certificate, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract etc.
To promptly attend breakdown call/ technical complaints from customer either through phone or on site attending.
To analyses, evaluate, inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
To update, liaise and fill in the related document to Topcon Regional Office (TSM) pertaining to breakdown and warranty claim / repair either using email or contact form or portal service.
To provide customers feedback and reports on their service request promptly through email or hardcopy.
To plan for effective travelling plans as need to go outstation if needed.
Responsible for the PPM contract stamping process if any.
To propose and prepare Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) contract and provide repair solutions to customers which leads to technical sales to company.
To look/ identify for technical sales opportunities and achieve assigned personal yearly technical sales target.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum tertiary education, preferably degree in engineering or similar
Solid technical knowledge & skills in repairing medical equipment
Have IT knowledge background will be an advantage.
