To increase spare parts and consumables sales. To ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints. To organize cross service training on specialist products. To increase service contract volume and sales. To do warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level. Job requirements Technical knowledge in scientific instruments - general lab instruments, particle analyzers, lab chillers. Functional knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting of analytical and scientific instrument/equipment. Proven basic numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. Knowledge in analytical instrument/equipment for scientific research is an added advantage. 2-3 years working experience within the scientific and instruments is a must.
