Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the end to end recruitment including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews
2.To liaise with the hiring manager on recruitment matters
3.Experience in hands-on Payroll preparation include EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, EA, etc.
4.Monthly payroll execution and other payroll-related activities.
5.Coordinates management training in interviewing, promotion, transfer, termination and clearance of resignee include survey/exit interview reporting
6.Keeps records of personnel ,managing HR records, updating databases, and all other clerical and non-clerical HR-related work
7.Planning monthly activity/ staff engagement activity
8.Ad-hoc assignment as when required
Job Requirement:
1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2.Prefer Malay
3.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4.Resourceful, positive attitude, self-motivated and organization skill needed
5.High competency in Google Drive and other related software
6.Good communication skills
6.Basic knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law
7.Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
